These terms apply to every game listed on tarboushgames.com, wherever it is hosted.

1. Who we are. Tarboush Games is an independent game studio. Contact: [email protected].
2. Free to play. Our games are free and provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or end any game, or any part of it, at any time.
3. Play fair. Don't cheat, use bots or scripts, attack or overload a game, or try to get around its limits. We may remove scores or gifts, or block access, to keep our games fair and safe.
4. Names and shared things. Player names in our games come from our word lists or, where a game lets you, are typed by you. Keep anything you type free of abuse, hate, other people's personal details and pretending to be someone else; we may hide or change it. Things you make or send in a game, such as a result or a gift, may be shown to the people you send them to and, on leaderboards, to other players. You give us permission to show them in the game for that purpose.
5. Our work. Our games, their names, art, sound, music, text and code belong to Tarboush Games. The names and logos of our games are trademarks of Tarboush Games. You may play our games and share their links. Please don't copy, re-upload, sell or make your own version of them.
6. Other people's rights. If you believe anything in our games uses your work or rights without permission, write to [email protected] with the details, and we will look into it quickly.
7. No warranty, limited liability. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from use of our games. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Age. Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (see Privacy). Where a game offers an account, you must be 13 or older to create one.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept them.
